I absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Mir hotel! The location is fantastic, close to markets and very convenient being very close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service, despite some minor mishaps like forgetting to bring water bottles, was tailored to my needs and top-notch. The dining experience was delightful with a wide array of meals, and the facilities were great overall, just needing a little update.
Despite booking a silent room, I faced the avenue and square below the hotel and unfortunately, no change was possible except for more expensive Jr suites. The heating in the room was sufficient so I turned it off. The service was mixed, with lovely gestures like wishing us a happy anniversary but also forgetting to bring water to the room. The location was good but not ideal, being away from the city downtown. The dining experience offered ample choice, and the food was well-cooked and presented. The hotel needs an update.
